After 22 years in the automotive industry, I made the life-changing decision to step away from a career I knew well - and into one that hit much closer to home. In February 2025, I lost my mother. She was a woman of strength, joy, and selflessness - but like so many others, she passed without life insurance. In the midst of grief, I was faced with the harsh reality that too many families are left unprotected in life's most vulnerable moments. 

That moment changed everything for me. 

I founded this business with a simple but urgent mission: to help individuals and families prepare for the inevitable and protect what matters most. Life and health insurance aren't just policies - they're peace of mind, acts of love, and safety nets when the unthinkable happens. Too many people do not understand how to mitigate risk. I'm here to change that - through education, honest guidance, and care that doesn't end after the paperwork is signed. 

Our business is grounded in the values I hold dear: Honesty, Empathy, Respect, Integrity, and Drive. We serve with moral clarity and a commitment to doing what's right - not just what's easy. Every client matters. Every story matters. And every decision should be made with confidence that someone is standing beside you. 

In addition to serving families through insurance, I've also committed myself to mentoring the next generation of sales professionals. With over two decades in sales, I know there is a right way to sell - one that doesn't involve pressure, gimmicks, or empty promises. My sales training isn't flashy - but it's deeply effective. It's rooted in understanding what makes people come alive, and unlocking the purpose that drives them forward. 

That idea is at the heart of my book, A Pawn's Purpose, released in March 2024 - a message that no matter where you start, you have value. You have potential. And with the right support, you can move from overlooked to unstoppable. 

This business is more than a company. It's a calling. And my greatest passion is helping people protect their present and unlock their future - one family, one professional, one life at a time.
